A visit from Aimee’s friend Alec gave us the opportunity to re-visit the Getty, where we hadn’t been in awhile (has it really been more than two years?). We spent a long afternoon there yesterday, taking in the Carleton Watkins 19th century photo exhibition as well as the Baroque show and the permanent collection.





We had dinner at the deceptively massive Monsoon in Santa Monica, followed up by some tasty gelato at Angelato. It’s going to be a busy week of screenings and preparation for the show, followed by cleaning the house and beginning our favorite, time-honored activity, packing in preparation for our closing in less than three weeks.
