I’d never been to Amsterdam before, and was very excited to spend some time in this city I’d heard so much about. It lived up to all of the hype, and I fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. A compact city center, beautiful canals and streets everywhere you look, vibrant cultural life, bustling public transit, terrific food, nice people… We had a really good time, exploring neighborhoods, visiting museums, and strolling along the canals. I look forward to coming back with more time next time and seeing a few more of the areas we didn’t get to this time around.
