Another weekend is already upon us, and I haven’t caught up with what happened two weeks ago… Anyway, we went to Buffalo two weekends ago for a silent film screening, and I had Buffalo wings and beef on weck at the Anchor Bar.

Then, last weekend, we enjoyed a free party at Keys for us and an unlimited number of friends (which came to about 15), which we won by entering a drawing the last time we were there. A free drink and free appetizers and some songs dedicated to George Eastman, good clean fun. The next day, we headed to the Poconos for a weekend with George and Anne and George’s parents, which culminated in a spirited and multi-generational round of Cranium followed by a screening of Transporter 2, the requisite bad movie of the visit.

We’re off to lands unknown this weekend for a birthday surprise getaway, very exciting.
