Dot info!">Ronald Reagan‘s (1911) presence on the list, but he’s certainly the emeritus member of the group. Then of course there’s the favorite news anchor from my youth, Tom Brokaw (1940) (though is it me or is MSNBC still the ugliest major website around? The design hasn’t changed in years, and is uniformly unreadable, with bad margins, ignorance of white-space design conventions, and poor font choice). Prefer sport? Well, Babe Ruth (1895) has got you covered, then. Need a representative from the film world? It doesn’t get much better than Francois Truffaut (1932), bad boy of the French New Wave (though if you’re looking for someone on the other side of the camera, Rip Torn (1931) and Zsa Zsa Gabor (1917) are there for you). The world of music is a little lacking – oh wait, though, February 6th is the birthday of this classic supergroup: Mr. W. Axl Rose (1962), Bob Marley (1945), and the real winner, Rick Astley.
