Of course not; it&#8217;s an installation, of a work called <a title=\"Gagosian Gallery - Chris Burden \" href=\"http:\/\/www.gagosian.com\/artists\/chris-burden\/\">&#8220;Urban Light&#8221; by Chris Burden<\/A>.
