I don&#8217;t know where I was when my brother and my dad got them when I was in elementary school, but I sure need them, apparently.  Hopefully, it&#8217;ll make my running more efficient and me less prone to injury.  To take a mold of my feet, the doc had me step into some cool foam rectangles that felt like a combination of meringue and insulation, not that I&#8217;ve made a habit of stepping on either of those.
