Alaskan August

August 17th, 2009 · No Comments

We’re in the middle of another brief, enjoyable trip to Alaska. We all ran the Snow City 5k this morning, and followed it up with a tasty lunch at the Moose’s Tooth. We’ve spent the rest of the time seeing the new sights around town – the Museum downtown, a new beer bar out our way – and cleaning up the house. We’ve got five things that have gone from the garage to Craigslist today, which is an accomplishment, I’d say.

We’re here all day tomorrow, with a few more requisite meals and drinks to be had, at Little Italy and Sub Zero, and then we’re back to L.A., where I’ll head straight in to work and Aimee will return to school to start getting ready for the fall. Hard to believe it’s that time of year again.
