Yesterday was a good day: a nice run in the morning, fish tacos at lunch, out to dinner with Aimee at Vermont, and presents at home. Some great books and CDs, plus my first DSLR, a Canon Digital Rebel, which I’m very excited about. Today has been somewhat slower: it’s my first of a couple of days this season sitting at the post house, handing out tapes for eight hours a day. Lots of time to get other stuff done, read, catch up on The Wire, etc. Michael and Ali and Janet and Eric are coming over for dinner tonight, and then tomorrow, we’re off to San Francisco for the weekend, which should be a lot of fun. We haven’t been there since we got engaged, four years ago now. Then it’s a crazy rush through to the end of February, with a bunch of people coming into town to visit, a couple of concerts, and lots of long work nights, screenings, and events leading up to the show. Should be fun.
