Bar time

Aimee and I had a nice evening in J.P. last night, provided by Bukhara Bistro for Indian food and The Milky Way for drinks. We had planned to bowl, but upon entering the Milky Way we noticed there was a dj and would be a cover. So we headed down the street, past the empty cafe, and into the Bella Luna Restaurant a few doors down for drinks. They suggested we go downstairs for drinks, instead of the ground level, where they were serving food, so we did. And we ended up back at the Milky Way, at the far end of the bowling lanes that now serve as the seating and bar area. Weird. They weren’t charging a cover yet, so we sat down to watch the Victor Zambrano Implosion on tv while we waited for bowling to become half price. It got a little busy, and I was confused by the difference between “bar time” and “bowling time,” so we ended up forgoing the bowling and heading home. On the way back to the car, we passed this license plate, which is either a huge commitment or a huge burden. Or both.
