One Out of Ten is Great

Aimee and I had a terrific anniversary dinner at Ten Tables in Jamaica Plain last night, prefaced with the best parking spot in the whole world (want to see if you left something in the car? Look out the front window of the restaurant), and topped off with a crazy ice cream sundae with peanut brittle and hand-whipped cream. We know it was whipped by hand, because we saw it happen, because not only are there only ten tables in the restaurant, but the kitchen is open, and located just behind that tenth table. You get to see and hear how your food is made, and everything we had was delicious, from the salmon in puff pastry to the roasted chicken breast. I almost went with “Chef Tim‘s Alsacian Style Meat Lover’s Big Pan,” but it sounded like a little much, and a little too much like a Godfather’s Pizza.
