Buzz

Hung out with Josh, Chris, and Kirstin from my old job at The Field tonight (check out their site: Christmas 1998 e-cards!). And when I say “job,” I mean the job where three of us used to work, and where one of us still works, three years after the rest of us lost our jobs in the inevitable bursting bubble. But as a testament to…the good HR work of work of our bosses? The good taste we had in hiring decisions? The kind of place it was in general? Any way you slice it, as a testament to something, we all still get along, and it’s always great when we can hang out together and catch up on our various lives post-Yarn, and re-live the says of Cool Beans, Sroka, and Pedro. Not that those are all on equal footing, by any means. We played “buzz” at The Field for awhile, mostly unsuccessfully, and then Josh and Kirstin proceeded to beat Chris and I at darts before we headed home, amidst vows to get together again before too long. “Jolt Forever,” I say….
